Refund and Return Policy

At LaCarene Consulting & Services, we aim to provide exceptional value through our consulting, sales, and marketing services. This policy explains our approach to refunds for both our service offerings and future online store sales.


1. Consulting & Service Fees

  • Payments for consulting, marketing, or support services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • If you cancel before the start date, we will issue a refund after deducting any forex conversion rate, bank transaction charges, and administrative costs.

  • Once we approve your refund, we will process it within 15 business days.


2. Future Online Store Sales

Once we launch our e-commerce platform:

  • Physical Products: We accept returns of physical products within 15 days of delivery. For digital products, you may request a return within 2 days, provided they remain unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Digital Products/Downloads: Due to their nature, these are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Custom Orders: Non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a tracked service for returns.


4. Processing Refunds

After receiving the returned goods or confirming a service cancellation, we will process the approved refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
